XWERKS GROW Whey Protein at a Glance
XWERKS has created its Grow whey protein powder supplement from New Zealand grass-fed whey protein isolate. With each serving providing more than 25 grams of protein along with six grams of branched-chain amino acids, you can use this product to potentially support the production of lean muscle mass, provide a quicker recovery and energize your body.
XWERKS uses an ultrafiltration process that gets rid of unwanted carbohydrates, lactose and fats. Once you consume this protein, it’s quickly absorbed and digested. It’s not supposed to cause the bloating and digestive issues that a lot of similar products do. It’s available in four different flavors: chocolate, vanilla, strawberry and peanut butter.
The Formula
XWERKS Grow is made up of 100% New Zealand grass-fed whey protein isolate- 25.8 grams to be exact. There are also some non-organic natural flavors and stevia included. This is a fat- and carbohydrate-free product, except for the peanut butter variety. It contains two grams of carbs and two grams of fat. XWERKS Grow has a very diverse amino acid profile, with 18 different key amino acids.

- You only save 5% when you sign up for a subscription.
- It’s a little expensive, priced at $59 for a one-time purchase of a two-pound bag.
