I went through 3 bottles of manna Curcumin and every time I took it consistently, I felt a reduction in inflammation and pain. I get really bad swelling in the corners of my body (ankles, knees, elbows, etc.) and each of those areas of my body feels so much better after taking manna curcumin. I can say that it 100% works for me.

What other benefits have you noticed?

My joint pain has definitely decreased, especially in my ankles. I have really bad arthritis, but also predictable because if it's ever going to rain, I feel deep ankle pain. Manna Liposomal Curcumin takes care of that joint pain though, it even does a really good job of taking away the arthritis pain. I'm not sure if those two are connected or not, but it alleviates the pain for me, which is awesome and honestly hard to find a product that can actually do that.

How does manna curcumin taste?

The flavor is tangy tangerine. It's strong and a little spicy going down the throat. I feel like it is an acquired taste that you get used to after a while. It's good enough to take it straight up every day.

Is manna curcumin worth it?

If you suffer from joint pain, arthritis or inflammation, then yes, manna curcumin is 100% worth it. I was skeptical at first too, but I took it long enough now to know that it works for me. For context, I played college football and many other sports in high school - my body went through a lot of wear and tear. I have some severe joint pain in my ankles, knees and elbows. I can honestly say that after buying and going through 3 bottles of manna curcumin, it works for me.
