I've been trying a lot of greens powder supplements over the past 365 days, mainly because I can't stand eating veggies. But I like the benefits they give me and I love creating reviews and comparisons after trying them.
This time around is Kiala Greens vs. Bloom Greens, the viral TikTok greens powder supplement. Both Bloom and Kiala have flavored greens powders, which makes it a heck of a lot easier drinking them. They may not be as nutritionally sound as AG1, but if you're looking for a good tasting greens powder, then it can easily come down to Bloom and Kiala.
I'll share my 30 day experience with both supplements and compare them over a set of criteria. My goal is to help you decide which one is better for you and your health and wellness goals. Let's get right to it!

How I Found Bloom Greens
Bloom Greens is a product that’s hard to miss. I have seen it in almost every store that I shop at, like Target, Walmart and my local pharmacy. Even though it has been around for more than a few years, it’s really taken the world by storm. Bloom Greens is all over social media, with influencers, wellness enthusiasts and fitness professionals all weighing in on what they think about this superfood product. This is how I came across it. I saw Bloom Greens on social media, which prompted me to look into it further. As it turns out, I know a number of people who use it on a regular basis.
What I Noticed Right Away
Upon looking at the nutrition label for Bloom Greens, I realized that it’s a product based on much more than just healthy, green ingredients. For example, there are over 30 different ingredients, including fruits, vegetables, probiotics, prebiotics, adaptogens and more. Not only can you tackle your health from a nutritional perspective, but you can also support gut health, mental health and a lot more.
What Separates Bloom Greens From Kiala Greens?
Bloom Greens doesn’t contain any caffeine, whereas Kiala Greens contains approximately 12mg of caffeine in each serving.
Also, the formulas of these two products are quite different. Bloom Greens has their product broken down into different proprietary blends that address nutrition, digestion, stress response, etc. Kiala Greens has a much simpler profile.
Bloom Greens is sweetened using stevia, which is at least a natural substance. Kiala uses sucralose (an artificial sweetener) in their product.
Flavors to Choose From
Bloom Greens is available in six different flavors, including coconut, original, berry, strawberry kiwi, mango and citrus. The company uses non-organic natural flavors to make their product palatable, but they at least use stevia as a natural sweetener.
My 30-Day Experience Trying Bloom Greens Mango Flavor
Week 1:
The first thing that struck me about Bloom Greens was its delightful mango aroma as soon as I opened the container. When I mixed it with water, it dissolved easily, and the flavor was surprisingly true to its scent. It genuinely tasted like a mango drink, with none of that typical greens powder aftertaste. I felt energized and rejuvenated after drinking it, and it became my go-to morning beverage.
Week 2:
By the second week, I was genuinely looking forward to my daily dose of Bloom Greens. Not only did it give me a boost of energy, but I also noticed an improvement in my digestion. The mango flavor was still as refreshing as day one, making it easy to maintain consistency in consumption.
Week 3:
Into the third week, I decided to get creative and started adding Bloom Greens to my morning smoothies. The mango flavor blended seamlessly with various fruits and even masked the taste of some of the more bitter greens I would add, like kale. My skin also began to show a subtle glow, and I felt more hydrated throughout the day.
Week 4:
By the end of the month, Bloom Greens had become an integral part of my daily routine. I felt more alert, my digestion was regular, and overall, I just felt healthier. Moreover, the flavor never got old; it was consistently refreshing and delicious.
Rating:
(4.5/5)
Conclusion:
Bloom Greens mango flavor is unlike any other greens powder I've tried. Its delightful mango taste makes it easy to consume daily. The health benefits are good, but not as good as AG1 (I took that for 60 days). I would definitely buy it again if I'm wanting a greens powder that tastes great.

How I Found Kiala Greens
Kiala Greens was only just released in 2022, so it’s a relatively new product. I came across it online while I was looking through different superfood and greens products.
What I Noticed Right Away
The Kiala brand advertises that this product contains almost 40 different ingredients, designed to help you fill in gaps in your nutrition, boost your gut health and much more. This company also uses proprietary blends, so it’s similar to Bloom Greens in that regard. Also similar, Kiala Greens contain some organic ingredients.
What Separates Kiala Greens From Bloom Greens?
I really like the simplicity of the Kiala Greens formula. The brand has stuck with very basic yet nutritious ingredients such as barley grass, alfalfa grass, wheatgrass, kale, spirulina, broccoli, onion, green tea, acai and turmeric. Some of these ingredients are in Bloom Greens as well, but overall, the two companies use some different selections.
Unfortunately, Kiala Greens contains the artificial sweetener sucralose.
Flavors to Choose From
Kiala Greens comes in four different flavors, including tropical splash, mixed berry, lemon drop and watermelon slush. Non-organic natural flavors are used in each option.
My 30-Day Experience With Kiala Greens
Week 1:
Upon receiving Kiala Super Greens - Tropical Splash, the tropical aroma was quite inviting. I mixed it with water, and the initial sips were a pleasant burst of tropical flavors. However, I quickly noticed a slightly gritty consistency, especially as I neared the bottom of my drink. While the taste was enjoyable, the texture was something I had to get used to.
Week 2:
By the second week, I tried blending it with some fruits, hoping that it might help with the grittiness. While the tropical flavor complemented the fruits beautifully, the gritty texture remained, especially if I didn't drink it quickly. On the upside, I did start to feel more energetic, and my mornings felt more revitalized after consuming it.
Week 3:
During the third week, I decided to use Kiala Super Greens as a base for my morning smoothie bowls, thinking the consistency might be less noticeable in a thicker mixture. This method seemed to work better for me, as the texture blended in with the overall smoothie bowl. Health-wise, I felt an improvement in my digestion and a sustained energy level throughout the day.
Week 4:
By the end of the month, while I had found ways to work around the gritty consistency, it remained a slight drawback. However, the overall health benefits were undeniable. I felt more alert, my skin seemed clearer, and there was a general sense of well-being.
Rating:
⭐⭐⭐⭐ (4/5)
Conclusion:
Kiala Super Greens - Tropical Splash offers a delightful tropical taste, making it an enjoyable addition to my daily routine. The health benefits over the month were significant. However, the gritty consistency, particularly towards the end of the drink, was a minor setback. While I appreciated the positive effects on my health, I'm on the fence about repurchasing, primarily due to the texture. Those who can look past this aspect will find a beneficial and tasty supplement in Kiala Super Greens.

Comparison Section
While both Bloom Greens and Kiala Greens are the same type of product, there are some differences as well as some common factors to consider when trying to decide which one you want to purchase. Let’s compare them.
Comparing Formulas
Generally speaking, Bloom Greens and Kiala Greens have close to the same amount of ingredients in their formulas. Kiala Greens has a few more. However, Bloom Greens takes a pretty different approach to what they include in their powder. We know that a lot of the actual healthy greens and reds used in both products are similar. The differences come into play when you look at the other proprietary blends included.
Bloom Greens breaks their product down into a green superfood blend, fiber blend, prebiotic and probiotic blend, fruit and vegetable blend, antioxidant beauty blend, digestive enzyme blend and adaptogen blend. The goal of these blends is to help reduce bloating, support overall gut health, increase energy levels and much more.
Kiala Greens is comprised of an organic greens blend, a Spectra antioxidant blend and organic coconut water powder. This product is really based on whole food ingredients and doesn’t include things like prebiotics, probiotics or adaptogens.
Comparing Taste and Mixability
Both Bloom Greens and Kiala Greens come in a few different flavors. Some greens products only have one variety, and some reviews state that they’re hard to get down because of the unpleasant flavor. Reviews for both of these products are promising in regard to taste, and they’re both very easy to mix. A little stirring or shaking dissolves them quickly, or you can use a frother for a quick blend.
Comparing Price and Overall Value
The cost of Bloom Greens is currently $39.99 for a one-time purchase of a one-month supply. This is actually really affordable compared to some of the other greens products that are out there. You can purchase Bloom Greens on the Bloom website, but like I mentioned, it’s also in tons of different retail stores and online shops.
Kiala Greens is currently priced at $49.95 for a one-time purchase of a 30-day supply. Signing up for a subscription will provide a savings of 25%. Kiala also advertises that a subscription provides you with access to different promotions and gifts, a free mixer with your first order and more.
If you’re considering how the value of each of these products matches up, I personally think that Bloom Greens is the better value. We know that both products give us access to both organic and non-organic superfoods. However, you get a lot more support from Bloom Greens in the form of digestive enzymes, prebiotics, probiotics and adaptogens. Not to mention, Bloom Greens is more affordable.
Comparing Brands (Transparency, Trust, Loyalty of Customers)
As I mentioned earlier, Bloom Greens has an almost cult-like following. It didn’t take long for this product and this brand to reach the masses, which I equate to a reputable company. Bloom is very transparent about what’s in its products. You don’t have to go searching for information when you’re considering purchasing their product. There are Bloom Greens reviews all over the internet, including Instagram, TikTok and Facebook. You can also view what people have to say about this product by looking at the reviews on retail websites and apps.
Bloom Greens also offers different ways for customers to save money each month when purchasing their product; they offer free gifts and include a lot of flexibility for purchasing.
Kiala Greens is a newly established brand, so a little bit more time is needed to see what people really think of their products and customer service. Overall, this does seem like a transparent brand that is focused on customer loyalty and producing high-quality items. For example, they manufacture their products in a GMP-certified facility. Their products are third-party tested for heavy metals, microbes, allergens and other contaminants.
Main Differences Between Kiala Greens and Bloom Greens
Bloom Greens always stands out to me as having a very versatile blend of ingredients that cover a number of aspects of one’s health. While Kiala Greens definitely has some great ingredients (some of which are organic), they’re kind of lacking that digestive focus that Bloom provides. Not to mention, you get that adaptogen blend from Bloom as well.
Price is definitely a factor when considering these two products. Kiala is a little more expensive but doesn’t really provide the same ingredients or value that Bloom does.
Also, Kiala Greens includes caffeine (12g per serving), which might not be something you want.
Which Is Better: Bloom Greens or Kiala Greens?
Both Bloom Greens and Kiala Greens are excellent products that are based on quality, potency and purity. When having to choose just one product to try, Bloom Greens seems like the better option in regard to value, ingredients and purity. You can’t really deny the backing that Bloom Greens has, which wouldn’t be possible with a product that wasn’t producing results for people.
My Recommendations
When selecting a greens powder, really look at the ingredients included to determine if a specific product is going to be the right fit for your needs. While Bloom Greens and Kiala Greens can accomplish some of the same things, there are also key differences that set one product apart from the other.
